Hey kids....I was just reading the box office results for this weekend. I am glad to see that Stop Loss grossed just barely over a million dollars. Ryan Phillipee, better known as the former Mr. Reese Witherspoon, was supposed to be on the show Friday, but he stiffed us. Truth is I really didn't want to talk to him anyway, but the fact that he stiffed us makes the Sicilian in me glad he failed !
We did our show from Universal Friday. Oldschool WWF wrestler Hillbilly Jim came by to promote wrestlemania. I will take Hillbilly Jim...Uncle Elmer..and every other pig fucker character from 80's wrestling on my show over Ryan Phillipee anyday.
I am taking my Father in law to see Tony Bennett tonight. I am excited to see him, but I am pretty sure I will doze off at some point in the show.
Tomorrow is Wrestlemania. Our ticket situation is horrible. I have a feeling I will be sitting in the nose bleeds with guys who won their tickets from am sports stations in Orlando !
I loved having Steve Byrne and Bert on the show together the other day. I hope to have Steve as involved with the show as Bert is in the future.
Ok I am done. I basically just blogged so I can keep up with Galvin.
He beat me 10 games to 0 the other day in tennis. 10 GAMES...not 10 points...10 straight games....I am a better boxer!!

HELLO FROM DUBLIN!

Hello kids..sorry I haven't blogged in so long...I feel like no one reads these...at all.
Right now I am in my hotel room in Dublin. it is 3:45 here and our limo will pick us up to take us to the airport in a little over an hour. I have been drinking with moose since about 8pm. We had a strip club experience I'll tell you about on the air and I filmed some good video at a nightclub tonight.
We have had a great time this year. It was awesome for us because Bert Kreischer is here. I consider Bert to be one of my better friends and a member of the show. We also formed a great relationship with comedian Steve Byrne. You already know I think Galvin is funny...Steve and Galvin toegther is unreal!
I am sitting in my hotel room in Boxers and a sweater...eating a Whopper...and drinking a $9 bottle of water. I am thinking about checking out youporn.com...but I am afraid if I do and I run one...I will fall asleep and miss my ride !
I had a great time, but can't wait to get home. I miss my son so much.
I promise I'll keep writing these....if anyone is actually reading them.

Sunday without football!

I love that it is 12:30 and I am still able to be up! I Love afternoons.
I think our shows have been better. I am not sure why? But everyday I can't wait to get to work. I haven't felt that way in a while.
So you probably have been following the Adrienne Curry deal. I feel like Michael Corleone. I wanna let it go away...but they keep pulling me back in. Everytime I laugh it off and say "ah it's over" either she or her hanger ons send me an email. I think we have spent to much time hating her. If she was famous we could ride this out, but I am pretty sure you all are sick of hearing her name and going "Who?". Don't get me wrong...she is still in the target...but less on air talk.
We have a lot of stuff happening. We are in the Dunedin Mardi Gras Parade Tues. We are spending the night there..so if anyone is hanging out let us know. Feb 15th is the Cowhead Frat House Party at the Flroida State Fair. The X-Change band will be playing and Bud will be on tap. I am thinking about making everyone wear Togas. With my luck it will be 40
degrees.
I went to a place call Pump it Up ...or some shit like that. It is basically Adult sized moonwalks. My godson Jake had his birthday there. I spent more time on the slides than the kids. It was Awesome!
I have been going to Obriens in Plant City every week. The people there are awesome and it is never too crowded. I hate that. Hot and Crowded! There is always just the right amount of people and Iverson lives 2 miles from there...so I can crash at his place.
Galvin is in Vegas this weekend..we have Brett Micahels on Fri...Stupid Bowl 2008 Thur...and Chuck Liddell and Lynn Swann are gonna be on in the next few days.
Have a great week....and don't hate Adrienne Curry too much...I am pretty sure she is a little retarded.

On this the eve of our last morning show on 102.5 the bone...I sit and ponder as to whether or not I am happy about this move. The answer...an OVERWHELMING yes!!!
I am excited that we will be able to do more things in the after noon with listeners and guests because of the time change. We already have so may things planned. The start of it all is The Rockers, Racks, and Rejects Extravganza with Brett Michaels and the Greg Billings Band. Bob Rossi and Ruth Eckerd Hallreally helped us get this done. I thought it was a great idea to bring in Brett because of the irony of the situation with our relationship with him in the past.
I am excited to hear Bubba's show from a listener point of view. My prediction for 2008 is not that he will get fired or fined, but that someone on his staff will be killed..most likely do to electricity on the nuts ! I hope this doesn't happen....but if it does...I hope it happens to Big Dick !
We had a great time on New Years at my house. Next year I hope to have a huge party...I will still be afraid to invite Love Tiger !!

How about that?? In case you were under a rock...starting Jan7th The Cowhead Show will be moving to afternoons on 102.5 The Bone. We are making way for the return of Bubba the Love Sponge to Tampa radio. He will begin Jan 8th at 6am. I keep saying on the air how excited I am by the change...and yet everyone keeps asking me off the air "hey man..you really cool with this"...even Bubba. The answer is YES! This is a shitty business when it comes to change. Everytime this happened in the past I got screwed. Cox has given me the opportunity to to co anchor what will be the strongest station in Tampa. Most places would have said.."hey thanks...but we are moving on".
Bubba, Spice and Ned will be on the show tomorrow morning with us. It will be like the Yankees and Red Sox playing on the same team.
I am happy to be able to sleep until a normal hour for the first time in 10 years and happy to be able to get drunk on a weeknight.

Evel Knievel Just Jumped Heaven's Gate

...How weird...we were just talking about Evel the other day...and today he has passed away. I was talking about the interview in this months Maxim Magazine where Evel said " this could be my last interview". Seems he was right. I was lucky enough to have interviewed him twice. I will replay the newer one on Monday.
For those who don't know...Evel was my neighbor for 6 years. On Monday I will talk about the first time I met him at the Dollhouse, when he almost beat up Pete cause Pete was trying to help him, and of course the origin of the famouse Evel tapes from the old Bubba Show.
Who is left to be the next stunt guy?? I would say the only one who put their own body on the line for entertainment like that has been Steve O from jackass. But his stunts have become dumber and dumber, unlike Evel's whose just became more dangerous.
It is 7:26 on Friday night. As Galvin predicted, I don't want to go out anymore. I was so psyched to go out tonight at 9:30am this morning...now I just one to rub one out and go to bed!!
NBT on Sunday...even though Fisher and Boy hate us now...Cancer Face Poker Tournament on Dec 9th at Lucky's Card Room...hope to see you all there.

In case you have not heard, Cancer Face died over the weekend.
I was out of town and I got a text from Moose letting me know early Sunday morning. I was really bummed out. I was not surprised because the last time we spoke to him he didn't sound too good. His wife said he was in so much pain, that she had to call 911 to get him to the hospital. No one needs to live like that. Still, it is sad to see him go and I wish his wife and daughter the best.
We were planning our 2nd Cowhead Show Poker Tournament on December 9th at Lucky's Card Room in Tampa. We have turned that into a celebrity tournament with an auction and raffle to help raise some money for Cancer Face's Family. I will have all the details when we get back on Monday. I know Christmas is coming adn money is tight for everyone...but a couple of bucks for Cancer Face's daughter and wife could really go a long way.....and you get to play poker and win some $$ and I am throwing some cool autographed stuff from the esteemed Cowhead Collection in the mix !!

ALMOST ON VACATION!!

It's Sunday and my son is sleeping, so I finally have 20min or so to do ..well to do everything.
This was a very productiive weekend. Fri night Me, Moose and Galvin went to Ribfest and hung out for a while. I'm not sure who Fran Cosmo is or when he was ever "the amazing voice of Boston" but I was not impressed at all. I was less impressed when they said he insisted I introduce him as "the amazing voice of Boston". Amazing was a big stretch. If Brad Delp..the Boston lead singer who shot himself earlier this year, showed up to sing Friday...that would be fucking AMAZING. After ribfest, Galvin and I went to Carabbas...and had dinner like two fags. The hostess even tried to squeeze us into a booth. First of all we're chubby, second of all we're straight ! But we ate like champs and it was all good !
Saturday my wife was mad at me all day...which I am kind of used to by now. I tried to make her not mad by doing a series of retarded things. While she was giving my son a bath...I got naked and dove in the tub. This made things worse. He loved...her..not so much.
We went to see Marcus Jones fight Sat at the Sun Dome. He won. He is still pretty green, but has the makings of a monster. I hope he sticks with MMA, I think he could have a second career.
Today I took Joey to the park for the first time. This turned out real good for both of us. My wedding ring is being fixed...so i was solo with the kid and a bunch of hot moms! We both LOVED the park.
We have a great weeks worth of shows planned. Batista will be in this week to play the dating game. I'm not sure if that will happen because...to be quite honest the contestants that I have seen....aren't so great. But either way he will be in. My 10 yr old sister Gina will be in Monday to play Are You Dumber Than a 4th Grader against Shinebox-of-Rocks and Love Tiger. Richie Sambora from Bon jovi will be on, Frank Stallone, Debbie Harry, Alonzo Boden, and Rocco Dispirito. Plus we get to fix things with Jimmy Shubert and one of my all time favs Nick Dipaulo is back.
We are off Thanksgiving week...there will be a best of. Then when we come back...we will talk about the Cowhead Show Poker Tournament 2, Our Toy Drive, New T-Shirts, and add some new members to the Cowhead Show Comittee for 2008.

Ah-hA !

Ok...so I was already to keep this blog fresh....but I forgot my password. I finally figured out how to reset it so I am back !
The competetion between Galvin and I is growing bigger each day. I quietly got my blog up and running and mentioned it in passing on the air. I was somehow able to post a pic up there and everything. Galvin of course had to then figure not only how to blog, but then make a picture that had logos and blinking fucking lights, and pinatas just to be better than me. Dick.
We found out we are headed back to Ireland in march for St.Patricks Day. We talked about Galvin shitting in the woods the last time we went. I only knew Galvin for less than a month. here is is shitting in the woods in Dublin, and here I am taping it while swearing that I am not taping. Ahh the makings of a great show! The video by the way is still up on youtube if you haven't seen it.
We stayed at the Hard Rock this weekend. I went to the new Council Oak Steak House. it is awesome. Brett is the manager and Rasheed is the Chef and they are both good friends of mine. It was cool to see them and eat there. There was a downside. Sat night was Jimmy Buffet. I am pretty sure I would rather mingle with folks from the Fifty Cent fanclub than Parrott Heads. I have expressed my digust for them on the air, and now I was surrounded by them...and their kids. Fat old white women who drink too much twice a year walking around the Hard Rock with their grass skirts and Hawaiin shirts doing the "Fins to the Left...Fins to the Right" dance to every song. Gross! And the guys....late 40's to eary 50's...not a hip bone in their body....Pseudo Tommy Bahama shirt...drinking sex on the beach..shouting..."Hey it's five a clock somewhere right?". Fags ! Seriously...I am happier at the million man mall surrounded by dreadlocks and throwback jerseys.
We have a lot of good guests on this week...Borat, William Shatner, and more..I just can't remember.
We are planning the 2nd Cowhead Show poker tournament at Lucky's Card Room, a charity thing for Christmas and look for an official Van Halen announcement very soon.

Hey..welcome to Cowheadshow.com version 2. Moose has done an awesome job at maintaining the site and has been working on the relaunch for a while. One of the things we want to do is keep it fresh. All members of the show will be blogging from time to time and in my case it was usually be me venting or talking about taking a poop. Mostly it will be things I can't say on the air.
We try to design the site as we would want a site we visited regularly to look, so if you have any questions or suggestions send em over.
I am going to stare at my son while he sleeps....and wonder if he is really mine.
